What are the software requirements?

ESRI ArcGIS Server Workgroup 10 ( includes sql express 2008), .NET Framework 3.5, IIS 6+ and Windows 2003+ Please see this link for ESRI specific requirements.

What is the cost and what does it include?

The price is $7,995 and this includes the GeoStack viewer, administration panel, installation, on-line help, and 6 months maintenance (2 hours of support, and free feature upgrades). Bug fixes are included with or without the maintenance plan. No contract, optional maintenance, and no development fees for set up.

How many users can access GeoStack at one time?

The number of users that can access GeoStack are unlimited, so there are no additional license costs based upon number of users.

How does the 30-day money back guarantee work?

If you cancel your software purchase within 30 days of signing up you will be refunded for the amount you were charged.

Are there any annual maintenance fees?

The price includes 6 months of free maintenance. You may purchase an additional year of maintenance at the same time as software for a discounted price of $1495, or you may purchase the maintenance for $1995 at any time before the initial 6 months of free maintenance expires. If a customer chooses not to sign up for the annual maintenance, upgrades can still be done at a price of $3,250(incl. 6 months free maintenance). Annual maintenance entitles you to automatically receive 4 hours of annual support, and new GeoStack releases, allowing you to take advantage of new functionality and migrations to newer versions of ESRI ArcGIS Server.

Can I upgrade to newer versions in the future?

Yes, and upgrading is really simple. We inform users of new releases as they occur, so you can upgrade GeoStack whenever there is a new release announcement.
